Worst lawyer ever. He had my case for 4 years and missed the deadlines. He took my money for filing but never filed anything. He waited until statuses were up and just said, "sorry, you don't have a case". I lost 250,000.00 on my home. What a joke. I don't trust anyone anymore.
Go elsewhere, is the best advice I can give. This lawyer was not a good representative. He didn't handle anything the way it should have been. Thankfully, due to my extreme discomfort with this gentleman, I found another to represent me. And, the outcome of my case was the maximum best outcome allowable by law. Leaving me safe financially for life. If I had followed the path Mr. Thirston was taking me down, I honestly would've ended up destitute within two years.
