Being born and raised in Traverse City, (graduated from Central in 80') it's nice to know I still have a local automotive store with personality and the same employees helping me every time I visit. I went in for a low-beam headlight for my 2008 GMC truck. They hooked me up in just a couple of minutes and even lent me the tools to get the job done in their parking lot. Thanx, Gents!
The gentleman that helped us today was absolutely amazing. I came in not knowing what all o was going to need to do a rear brake and rotar change, but he was more than willing to help figure out what size wrenches and additional items I would need. I truly appreciate how much effort he put into making sure we got exactly what I needed, and gave both his professional and personal opinions. Will definitely be returning in the future!
Went in last week looking for a very specific axle seal for my '58 Ford. The gentleman at the counter found it within 5-10 minutes and they had it in stock at another branch! Luckily it was at the branch that is on my drive home, was able to pick them up on the same day and go them in my car over the weekend! Thanks to Thirlby S. Airport and their knowledgeable staff, i was able to make more progress on my car! Thank you!
