Thank you to all the opticians who helped me with my recent glasses purchase! I had been a long time customer of another local eyeglass shop and had gotten used to a very poor level of service. I was at Third Street tonight to get my new glasses adjusted, and as I looked around the shop I realized that every single staff member in the store had either helped me or offered help at one point or another during the process. I have definitely found my new local store!
Convenient location and hours, professional
’ve been coming to Third Street for years, since they first opened. Dr. Burgraff is the best - always asks how I am doing generally, how my family is, makes me feel at ease, and takes lots of time to explain things in lay terms. Third Street is one of the few individually owned, non-franchise eye care providers to take my state university insurance. Everyone is helpful and friendly here. We relocated from out of state and transferred care to Third Street for follow up with Myopia therapy for my daughter. Dr. Burggraf was great and reached out to us personally after speaking with our doctor in Idaho. When we arrived, he was fully prepared for our first visit. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Everyone was helpful and very kind.
