We hired Sead with full disclosure of the scope of the project, ie, installing new fan and light control switch. When he arrived, it was determined a new remote was required to be installed in the fan itself(which was obvious). He declined to install this aspect of the project, but wanted to charge for the trip and showing up. When I protested he did not disclose he wouldn't touch the fan remote, saying, "I don't do that."
