THESE PEOPLE SUCK – not even one star. i dragged 5 loads of laundry that needed HOT water and the Hot Water washes were ALL COLD WATER. there is no phone number to call the laundromat owner and even if you fill out one of his stupid forms he never sends you your money back. if you complain to lame ass idiots next door they act like they dont speak english and ignore you and will absolutely NOT help you at all. on top of that this place is filthy. if you tilt the washers on the inside you can see black guck in the crevasses (... read more

Downward Spiral Coin Operated Laundry – First of all, this business is divided in 2: cleaners and laundry. I'm gonna talk about the laundry service only since I don't use their cleaners service (I rather go to the one on La Brea and Third Street. They're friendly, professional and you can see the place, clean and modern). So So – Prices are right about average - perhaps a little better than average. Wouldn't recommend for single women as the place seems to attract shady men who like to ogle and/or harass.

i took in 3 pairs of jeans to be hemmed. i told the owner how i wanted them hemmed - visually and verbally (in her primary language). she said she understood but did not follow my instructs and used a technique that was not requested. all 3 pairs of jeans are ruined and she will not take responsibility for her wrongdoing. instead of apologizing, she blamed me for the mistake. the owners there are unprofessional and do not own up to their mistakes.
