Third Space Movement was created out of the desire to disrupt the modern day gym stereotype and bring education and play to the forefront. We want to be a space for connection, where everyone knows each other's names, friendships are made, and people have a sense of belonging in community. Our goal is to foster an inclusive and positive environment that is founded on movement, education, and connection.

Sooo much kindness, playful, and welcoming energy, and very impacful guidance on how to have the most safe workout for my bodies health and longevity. I feel motivated and excited to come to each class which is a testament to feeling great there and afterwards. It's like family, a home, and has a sprinkle of magic everywhere.
I love Third Space! Classes are so friendly and approachable for someone who doesn’t love a traditional gym setting like me. They break movements and form down so you feel really confident in what you’re doing. I’ve learned a TON and now feel confident to workout with kettlebells on my own now when I can’t make it to class. Most importantly it’s an incredibly positive culture and community they’ve created.
