Third Space Movement was created out of the desire to disrupt the modern day gym stereotype and bring education and play to the forefront. We want to be a space for connection, where everyone knows each other's names, friendships are made, and people have a sense of belonging in community. Our goal is to foster an inclusive and positive environment that is founded on movement, education, and connection.

Very welcoming space and staff and with a great progressive workout.
Just completed a strength training series with co-owner Katie and she fully exceeded my high expectations with both the course content and environment created in the space. Excited to continue with more training at Third Space! Highly recommend.
I’ve been going to this gym for a year and it is my all-time favourite gym. I’m almost 60 now and am looking to maintain my quality of life as long as possible but need something more than just a gym where I do my exercises alone. The owners at Third Space have built a truly welcoming community, and that keeps me coming back. People actually greet me and know my name.
