I was not a gym person and I was definitely not a 7 AM gym person, until I found Third Space. I had tried other gyms and never found them especially welcoming or approachable for many reasons. Tried a class at Third Space on a whim and had a gym experience that was so positive, inclusive and welcoming that it eclipsed any other gym I had tried. Great place for your exercise and health needs. Good variety of services, easy to park, friendly people.
