Lived here for an entire year. Worst year of my life. Make the place out to be great during move in, but things slowly fall apart. Maintenance requests were never fulfilled... and I mean NEVER. Moved in to several problems, holes behind the vanity in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn't work for months, maintenance never came to fix it. Irrigation broke for over a week, had RAW SEWAGE overflowing in my bathtub and out of the toilet, management offered no help. This place was SPOTLESS when I moved in my daughter. I have NEVER moved her in to place I didn’t have to scrub down I was really impressed. Management went above and beyond on the phone to walk me through some things so far it’s an amazing experience. Very clean well kept and the grounds are too.
All of the units here are actually 3 - story townhomes, which is pretty cool. They are fully renovated on the inside and you can get reserved parking right outside of your apartment.
Roaches everywhere. Landlord would never come. Horrible service. Don't live here.
