They fixed my problem with a smile
Shame on these guys, to leave my parents (in their 80's) in the heat on the hottest weekend (9/6/24) for a simple/quick-fix because it was on a Friday, and they needed to return to the shop for a common R/S capacitor component (<$30), not to return until Monday!! I would hope that this is taken seriously for future situations (seniors/elderly). Thank you! Note: Business/Company confirmed for accuracy. Cost: $$$$$
