Our AC was out and we called Third Generation because our home insurance provider could not get anyone to come out for 4 days. With day temps over 105 we couldn't wait. Third generation had a Technition out the next morning and he had the unit up and running in an hour. Although they did not want to bill our insurance, we paid our copay to them and they gave us the bill to submit to our insurance. They were willing to wait to get paid the balance.
