Third Federal was extremely helpful in financing for our first home. We reached out to a lot of lenders before finally going with this option - they had the best rates and seemed the most trustworthy. Beware, they do not withhold money for insurance when using them for a mortgage. They only withhold taxes or flood insurance. This should be explicitly stated. Not an ideal situation. Recommend to consider someone else if you'd like it all done together in your account.

Third Federal has been nothing but wonderful for me and my husband in our home loan. They have us the best APR we could find and saved us tons.
