Very bad place, a complete joke. We were fortunate enough to be accepted to the program but literally day- 1 has been nothing but trouble. We were charged for damage to the apartment, that was done and fixed before we ever moved in, vouched by the very maintenance man that did the work. The 'monthly' walk-throughs/pest control sprays get delayed to about every 4 months, maybe you'll see them, and notices every month they're coming but they never show.
