I submitted a request to them on a Sunday morning (expecting a response early the next week) and got a response within an hour. Matt came by on Monday and quickly found my leak (even though there were no signs of a leak most of the time). He repaired it efficiently and at a very reasonable price. If/when I need plumbing service in the future, I will be contacting Third Coast Plumbing.

My hot water heater was not old and really didn't need to be replaced. Third Coast didn't try to sell me more than I needed by replacing the entire unit when they were able to repair the part that was no longer working. The hot water heater works great.
Great service, I found the price a little on the high end though.
The price was great but that is not why I am writing this. Matt and David worked incessantly to solve my problem despite unexpected obstacles. Working under a house while it is raining is difficult. They kept at it until the job was complete. The quality of their work is outstanding. I recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. I know I will not hesitate to call them in the future.
Matt fixed/replaced an emergency shut-off valve. He also repaired a leaky bathtub faucet.
The repair was done quickly and professionally, and at a very reasonable cost. Matt arrived right on time, and explained to me exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. I have already used them for another job, and will continue to use them in the future. No complaints whatsoever with this company. Very friendly and easy to work with as far as scheduling too.
Very prompt. Very professional. Had very old faucets to replace, they went over and beyond to find the exact replacement. Will continue to use their services for all my plumbing needs.
The owner gave me an estimate. He was professional. I will use them if needed in the future.
