Emily walked me thru every step without any hesitation or trying to get me off the phone. If she was in front of me, I would have hugged her!! I am pleased with the platform that BBB has to optimize our business. I only wish our conversion rate for surveys sent to client families was greater than it is currently. We are trying a different strategy and approach when sending out surveys. in order to increase our conversion rate. We will monitor and hope things change.

Steven is a very micro aggressive person. He lied to me twice in our dealings to benefit himself. I work with many high end customers and Steve is just not our ideal customer. He has poor business ethics.
