It is ironic that the CEO of a company that is supposed to help with company reputation slanders another company incorrectly. Steven Wyer, the CEO, mistakenly wrote a negative review of my Cincinnati based business (more than four hours away from his home town) two weeks ago. I have reported the review several times to Google and have called Third Coast Interactive to ask him to correct this. Here is another attempt. Or is this a scam company trying to make me pay them to remove the slander?
EMILY!!!! Wish I could give her 100 stars!!! Emily was great on the phone! She assisted me with this new app that was given to us for BBB reviews. Emily walked me thru every step without any hesitation or trying to get me off the phone. If she was in front of me, I would have hugged her!! Emily made it easy for my reps to have access to both companies so that we can send the review link to our customers!!! I am pleased with the platform that BBB has to optimize our business. I only wish our conversion rate for surveys sent to client families was greater than it is currently. We are trying a different strategy and approach when sending out surveys. in order to increase our conversion rate. We will monitor and hope things change.

Steven is a very micro aggressive person. He lied to me twice in our dealings to benefit himself. I work with many high end customers and Steve is just not our ideal customer. He has poor business ethics.
