I took my 15 year old in to have her hair cut. She had very long, thick hair that hadn’t been cut in a couple of years. Lauren really took her time talking to my daughter about what she wanted and how she wanted it to look. In addition to listening to my teen about what SHE wanted, Lauren explained to her how to properly wash her hair and what products to use & how to use them.
