CEO Kris Granneman entered the HGTV competition, Canada’s Handyman Challenge which led to him focus on starting Think Renovations. Our goal is to provide neighbours in Victoria and the surrounding areas with a creative and trustworthy option for their home and real estate renovations.

This company did a hatchet job on my renovations in 2022. I waited this long to post a review because they gave me a discount to try and make up for their terrible performance but as you can see the flooring they "patched" has only continued to deteriorate. I now have to spend thousands to fix their mistakes because they already used all the extra pieces of this flooring I had.
Kris hired my company (HSC Carpentry) as a subtrade earlier this year to build him a custom set of stairs & and handrails. He was very good with his communication, organization, and incredibly helpful in many ways as well! I first heard about his company through a friend, and I was told he was very trustworthy and overall a great company to work for. Since then, I've only heard and experienced great things. I highly recommend his company!

Expectations Exceeded - Great Job. Think Renovations completed the major renovation of our Gordon Head home including: the kitchen, laundry room and living area. Think renovation did an amazing job on our back deck. Kris is a perfectionist so there was nothing overlooked. The finished deck exceeded our expectations! Sam and Kris are friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them! If you want to job done right you don't need to look no further than Think!
