WHERES THE -5 OPTION, THIS BANK HAS BY FAR RHE WORST CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE. HAD ME TELL THEM MY SOCIAL, DOB, ADDRESS AND DEBIT CARD NUMBER JUST TO TELL ME THEY CANT DO ANYTHING. ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS IF MY STREET ADDRESS WAS MISPELLED THEY SAID YES YET THEY CANNOT TELL ME HOW THEY SPELLED IT, THAT I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE BRANCH. MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME OTHER THAN CHRISTA THE MANAGER WHAT KIND OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IS THIS!! IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND LETTING EVERYONE KNOW TO NEVER USE THIS BANK AGAIN
