Zero Stars. Purchased a birth stone necklace for my mother for this upcoming Mother’s Day. The package arrive and the necklace was knotted to the point I couldn’t untangle it as well as the main part of the necklace didn’t properly close and would open letting the stones inside fall out constantly. The stones themselves were terrible. Plastic pieces likely from the dollar store with how bad they looked. Spent $90 on something that wasn’t event worth $5.
We had an amazing experience with Sara at the Charm Bar. I took 2 of my besties for there birthday gift. We selected our necklaces and charms. Sara helped us put them together .
