This is in reference to online ordering. They won't give you return labels or instructions until they review your request. I am still waiting for information I requested from 4/13 and today is 4/24. After 5 requests I have to wonder if they are just hoping I go away and give up. Horrible customer service.
The Connections Charm Bar was a great experience and my girlfriend loves it! Their jewelry is great quality and doesn’t tarnish over time. It makes great custom gifts. All of the staff is super kind and helpful!

AMAZING Experience at the Connections Charm Bar! It is the perfect place for creating gifts or custom jewelry for yourself. The jewelry is all high quality, non tarnish, and lasts so long! The charm prices range from $9-$15. The chain prices range from $22-$28. I can't wait to come back and bring my friends for a girls day. It's super easy to book an appointment online at their website! Highly recommend!
Zero Stars. Purchased a birth stone necklace for my mother for this upcoming Mother’s Day. The package arrive and the necklace was knotted to the point I couldn’t untangle it as well as the main part of the necklace didn’t properly close and would open letting the stones inside fall out constantly. The stones themselves were terrible. Plastic pieces likely from the dollar store with how bad they looked. Spent $90 on something that wasn’t event worth $5.
