Very friendly and good service overall!
The staff was cordial, but not overly friendly nor helpful and mask policy was way too relaxed. I was quoted a price, then charged 3 times that quote to my insurance. I understand that insurance coverage varies, but I felt it was overcharged for what I received. The therapist went weeks without requesting my files from my primary care, also the therapist never requested an x-ray which was important in addressing my issues. Good at first.. lousy after awhile
My husband and I chose Think-ability Home Therapy Services after his stroke. They were amazing! They really paid attention to his needs. They treated us like family. He is well enough to go to Think-abilitys outpatient clinic. He gets the same personal attention he got at home and is not treated like a number. Good quality care in a professional environment.
