I was extremely disappointed that Ruth Chris could not accommodate a vegan or vegetarian diet. I was told that the brussel sprouts could not be prepared with anything other than the Bacon fat. I was also told that a lot of the items were pre-made and that certain ingredients could not be eliminated. I dined with a party of 12 and was not able to have a meal other than salad which I opted out of. The manager tried to accommodate me with a baked potato or hash browns.
