Had a pathetic experience during my recent visit. Had ordered a customized gift on Thursday afternoon (9th June). The lady (i guess her name is Mellesa) over the cash counter was ready to deliver on the same day (after couple of hours) but I chose not to wait and had no plans to pickup the next day (Friday, 10th June) either. I asked her about the store timings over the weekends but never committed on a specific day of the weekend to pickup. Awesome experience, Felicia was super friendly and professional, really helped us find the right thing. The manager was very thoughtful and kind. Cared about us as people and not as a sale.
