Don’t go here. No longer Things Remembered. Now called Remembered Things. Doesn’t know how to engrave. Ruined a $200 picture frame by denting it and letters were messed up. When I had same frame done last year when it WAS Things Remembered, it was perfect. They also don’t charge sales tax, which they should.

Evidently, it has been recently bought out and is now "Remembered Things." Wee stood inside for about 10 minutes before someone from one of the kiosks in the center came in. Needed a simple engraving done, said they didn't have the plate, and it would be a few days before they could get it done. Definitely not what they used to be.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! They hung up in my face and canceled my order over a ZIP CODE. I placed a order with rushed shipping- then I received a email saying my order was on hold. I called and jumped through hoops with Cynthia. I asked for her email to provide the confirmation email to show the correct zip code was added and she said her email so fast and hung up in my face. I called back and got a different girl who’s said my order had been canceled. Horrible customer service over a literal zip code. Will never use the... read more
