The lady who worked last night was rude! Never greeted us nor asked us if we needed any assistance! We were going to buy something but the lady was sooo rude we walked away after standing there for over 5 minutes & still not being greeted or acknowledged!! So disappointed in how we were treated because we have come there several times and this had never happened..☹

The manager Kim is rude and not helpful. When you google where to get things engraved it says you can bring any item in. She refused bc I didn’t have a receipt. I bought these over a year ago, from somewhere else! She was so unfriendly can’t believe she is the manager. Find a different Things Remembered to go to bc she is lazy and didn’t want to help!

They will never get my service until they get better employees in there !
