Purchase personalized pens for my office staff, received only 50% of the work promised. Disappointing experience, this is the 2nd time I've been burned by this store - and no call back to remedy situation either time. Take your business elsewhere, and avoid the inconvenience.

Very nice store with very nice items to choose from and have a very nice engraving on them. Store very well laid out and the staff very helpful and friendly. Store was very busy with customers needing that last item for Christmas. Even with going on the staff still was able to help each one.
