Dan is honest and explains all costs upfront. He is on time and cleans up after the work is done. He does not accept payment until the customer is satisfied with the finished job. I am more than pleased.

Dan provided a great overall experience. We found the skylights at our new home leaking a few weeks after moving in. After bringing in a few contractors to take a look, we felt that Dan was upfront, honest, and also the lowest cost. Once we gave him the ok, he was at our place within a few days. He repaired the skylights with no issues whatsoever and even lowered his price from the initial estimate because he was able to purchase the material for cheaper! Dan repaired copper roofing for our home, as well as repair work on the gutters, downspouts, etc. He assisted us and gave is good recommendations on the combination of metals used, as we had little knowledge on copper roofing. I always felt well informed about the process, and he spent considerable time looking at the best methods of repair, solutions, as well as continued maintenance on the roof. I highly recommend Dan. It is difficult to find honest people that want to do the quality work at reasonable prices. Thanks Dan.
