If only I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I've lived in my place for many years, (only because of the location) and it has done nothing but go down hill. The good managers and maintenance people never stay or Thies and Talle gets rid of them. Then a new one comes in who is absolutely worthless and has no idea what she is doing. I've seen multiple complaints about this management company forcing residents to remove American flags from their balconies because it "decreases the aesthetic value of the property" Outright un-American
I am very grateful to my maintenance team. Especially when it comes to Conner and Eric I am very impressed with how well things have turned around in less than a years time! Conner and Eric are both very easy to talk to, they even seen my cat was in the hallway, it was still early, and they felt terrible waking me up but they def knew I would rather have my kitty in the house, not even a maintenance request, just good people looking out. I've had a stopped up sink that I called about on the 26th of April and yet it's may 12 and absolutely nothing has been done. I've called numerous excuses,some valid but this is what I'd consider an emergency. It's bacteria filled sink. I wish I could post a picture.
