Working with Gaylene at Thies & Talle Management has been a great experience! She is professional, responsive, & consistently attentive to detail. I highly recommend working with her!
Don't recommend. All about looks. 3 inpections in less than a year, 2 within a week of each other. The 2nd inspection which was in October turned out to just be them trying to sell the unit in which they actually decided to fix issues noted during an inspection in April. Overcharged for rent even though they're "hud" compliant for now. $400-500 for a 1" x 3" cat scratch next to a door frame that they claimed was ok to leave be till move out, then all of a sudden its a hazard even though you'd have to be dry humping the doorf... read more
If only I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I've lived in my place for many years, (only because of the location) and it has done nothing but go down hill. The good managers and maintenance people never stay or Thies and Talle gets rid of them. Then a new one comes in who is absolutely worthless and has no idea what she is doing. I've seen multiple complaints about this management company forcing residents to remove American flags from their balconies because it "decreases the aesthetic value of the property" Outright un-American
I am very grateful to my maintenance team. Especially when it comes to Conner and Eric I am very impressed with how well things have turned around in less than a years time! Conner and Eric are both very easy to talk to, they even seen my cat was in the hallway, it was still early, and they felt terrible waking me up but they def knew I would rather have my kitty in the house, not even a maintenance request, just good people looking out.
