Arrived today for my colonoscopy only to find the office closed. I wasn’t the only person. If you’ve ever had to have a colonoscopy you know the prep involved. This has cost me 1.5 days of work and I also had to miss an important event last night. I’m furious. I hate that I have to leave a one star review. This place deserves ZERO.
It is unique professional, very good doctor.
Initially on seeing the reviews, was sceptical about meeting the doctor or calling the office. But it turned out to be opposite. Wonder why some gave a single rating. Doctor was very friendly when I met him to undergo procedures at the hospital. Whenever I call the office, Joann, is absolutely wonderful in handling with patience and answers my questions as the doctor is extremely busy. Thank you
I am very please to have Dr. Vincent Thien perform the procedure on me today. He is very caring, friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. He answer all my questions & concern patiently. I am very happy that my family doctor refer me to him!!
