Absolutely the best experience I could have ever hoped for. I went in for an emergency extraction of a wisdom tooth. They made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. The Dr. Started talking to me about after care and I didn’t even know that she had finished the procedure. That’s how good she was. If I could give 10 stars I would. It had been 15 years since I had been to the dentist so I was very nervous. Now I know, from now on, I never have to be nervous because I won’t be going anywhere else.
It had been some time since my last pleasant dental experience until I reached out to Dr Vu. She explained everything to me clearly and concisely and made me feel like I had been a patient there for more than a decade. Aside from the warm welcome and happy faces the cleaning I received was thorough and done remarkably fast. If you’re apprehensive about a dental visit I would recommend to make and appointment with Dr. Vu 10/10 times. Great personality and an excellent rapport with her staff.
Dr. Thien H. Vu is the best there is. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She’s the kindest, sweetest, and most caring person I’ve met. She made me feel safe and cared for in a sector of insecurity for me. Her assistant Bobby is also a sweet and caring person. They both made the room feel like a safe space. There is no doubt in my mind that everyone should see her for any issues. I truly am thankful for her services and owe her so much.
Dr Vu is an angel. Truly. She is doing God's work. I was on a business trip and needed an emergency root canal. Not only was she available but her care went above and beyond. Her staff were also awesome. Highly recommend.
I had seen this doctor in her Sunnyvale location. I booked an appointment through Zocdoc. She emailed and asked to cancel the appointment and book directly with her (I don't mind booking directly, but the reason she gave was that they had some internet/wifi issues and were not able to process zocdoc appointments , funnily this was communicated in an email.
