Boyd, Mel, and Gary in Kimberly have been great people to know and work with throughout the many years that we have been working with them. They are very easy to work with, are easy to get a hold of, and are very helpful whenever a problem comes up.
Received new insurance after my daughter received her license. I asked so many questions and they were more than happy to answer. We also have a pit bull so our current insurers would not insure us any longer. They found us affordable coverage even though they were limited due to our sissy pit bull. They also took the time to sit with my daughter and discuss insurance, what to do if's. It was great for her to understand how the insurance works.
Thiel insurance group is always looking for our best interest in every aspect, wether it be saving money or adding more coverage "just in case". They work hard and find the perfect insurance for your current needs! Have been dealing with them since the day I turned 16, and have never steered me in the wrong direction!
