Patty is simply the best! She shopped around for better rates for our auto and home in 2016 and she was able to lower our rates significantly and we were even able to add an umbrella for less than what we were paying for just auto and home. Outstanding customer service! When she answers the phone you can tell she has a smile on her face. She is so patient with me and makes sure that all of my questions are answered. I feel confident and secure with Thiel!
