absolutely horrendous. I went in to renew my license and had all my paperwork And doctor's paperwork and instead of renewing my license, desk #3 lady didn't even renew my license and kept coming up with excuses because she Personally didn't like me because I'm a trans woman. I'm gonna have to talk to a lawyer about her.

Thib’s in Scott is who we deal with for our DMV stuff. They are fast, courteous and get you in and out in no time at all. We would recommend them to anyone who needs stuff done for the DMV. A+ for being so awesome!!

Seems like they inconvenience you for their convenience. I went around 4:10 in to register a vehicle had all necessary documents. I had a copy of the death certificate but was told they couldn’t take my copy I had to have the original so they can make their own copy. For a place that offers the same services as the DMV, why was I able to go to the DMV with the exact same documents and register the vehicle but couldn’t do so at Thib’s? I honestly felt like it was the end of the day and she just didn’t want to do it.
