This place apparently does zero training or has no system in place to provide you with the complete information you need to get things done. The OMV a gov't travesty of an organization does a better job. Incompetent doesn't begin to describe it. So frustrated right now! It's ridiculous that you have to go back to a place over and over again because they fail to give you complete information the first time, and then they act like your the idiot for not having all the information.
