Truly depends on who you get, Didn’t have a problem. First time I went. I got my wife’s car registered and got two license. I had to come back a couple days later with a signed form And they denied me because the state I got the Form from Isn’t a notarization state so they didn’t notarize it how they wanted it they told me right away that Louisiana wouldn’t accept it and I had to wait another couple days. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and had a lot of titles done but ive got to say this place is where its at. The current receptionist the little redhead (she gave me her name im just bad with names) was so professional both in appearance and attitude. And she was able to answer all of my questions with practice easy. They're faster then waiting at the dmv but they can get busy like everywhere else.
I moved here from California and had to have my driver's license and truck registration switched over. I heard about Thibs from a friend (we don't have places like this in California) and went in to see what they could do. Bobbie helped me and gave me a list of what I needed to do the switch over. I got the stuff and came back the same day. I was in and out in under and hour. So much faster than the DMV where I'm from and we'll worth the service fee!! Super helpful and all the ladies there we really nice and very sweet!
