Do not go to this location. They printed the wrong address on my Registration. Had a new Title for my vehicle generated, and told the girl many times to only use my work address to mail the Title, and keep my home address on the Registration. Well, Title and registration had my work address on it. When I called the manager there, Brooklin, she said I couldn't prove that I asked for my home address to remain on my registration and would have to pay another $150 for Title and $30 for registration! Completely useless experience. I brought in a fully legitimate, notarized private-party vehicle transaction that only had a minor signature-line mistake on the title. Instead of making any effort to help resolve it, I was immediately turned away and told my options were either to drive back to Texas for another notarization or have the seller notarize an affidavit, mail it to me, and then have it notarized again on my end. Truly depends on who you get, Didn’t have a problem. First time I went. I got my wife’s car registered and got two license. I had to come back a couple days later with a signed form And they denied me because the state I got the Form from Isn’t a notarization state so they didn’t notarize it how they wanted it they told me right away that Louisiana wouldn’t accept it and I had to wait another couple days.
