Highly recommend Marc, but don't take my word for it as a first time buyer, I have no context. However, both my agent and broker were there during the inspection and both requested business cards. And I had two 40+ year home owners there as well who both commented on how great he was. He's thorough, knowledgeable, easy to understand, and if you're lucky you'll get a joke or two. Marc was incredible to deal with. He was the very definition of above and beyond, I'll be using him for future purchases from now on. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.
Marc was very thorough with his inspection and went above and beyond the usual inspection by pointing out things related to safety and future maintenance. Marc is very kind and was very patient with all my questions and concerns and extremely helpful by explaining things in a manner I was able to learn and feel comfortable. He even made himself available months after the inspection when I had an emergency question about my home. I will definitely use him in the future and will absolutely recommend his services to anyone look... read more
