Marc was very thorough with his inspection and went above and beyond the usual inspection by pointing out things related to safety and future maintenance. Marc is very kind and was very patient with all my questions and concerns and extremely helpful by explaining things in a manner I was able to learn and feel comfortable. He even made himself available months after the inspection when I had an emergency question about my home.
