Fast and wonderful service!! From the front desk clerk to the nurse and doctor. It was a pleasant experience.
Clean, nice facility. Never had an issue with this place until Saturday. Whomever tended to my mother comes in the room loud and hyper. She was in severe pain with her back and did not need that. Did nothing but prescribe pain pills and muscle relaxers. Asked about an X-ray and said she didn't need that. Needless to say we had an X-ray done today and she definitely needed it. The rest of the staff besides him were fantastic.
I was very impressed with Coastal Urgent Care. The clinic was extremely clean. All of the employees were very neat, knowledgeable, & explained everything to me before, during, & after it was done. I am very happy that my Sister-in-Law brought me there instead of an ER. As far as I’m concerned, this was my first visit there, but it won’t be my last! Thanks to everyone @ Coastal Urgent Care for your professionalism, etc.
Very quick, friendly staff, and Dr. Landry was extremely friendly and down to earth. He didn't downplay my illness or make me feel like I was wasting his time, which has happened at other Urgent Care facilities. They did everything they could to help me get better. Great place!
Extremely impressed with the care I received this week. Excellent staff, quick and efficient!
