Great service. Very pleased. Assistant Ainah was very good. She was pleasant and I felt at ease with her. Played Wordle and Connections while waiting.
Just returned from Dr Tran’s office. He performed Mohs surgery on my left temple area yesterday. He did a masterful job with the surgery and stitching up the wound. His assistant Justin was tremendous as well. Today another assistant Lori cleaned up and rebandaged the Mohs area due to bleeding overnight. She also removed pressure bandage from Incision surgery Dr Tran performed 3 days ago on my left arm and rebandaged it. I can’t say enough about Dr Tran, Justin, and Lori. They are terrific in what they do.
From the beginning meaning the front desk through scheduling. The body scan is through and they make sure to get all the spots. Then there is Surgical they make sure you’re comfortable with a few small shots you are pain free. They are very professional and do great work.
I’ve been a patient since moving to The Villages several years ago and always come away impressed by the quality care provided by Dr Tran, supported by a fabulous nursing team including, in particular, Lori Clemente.
