I have been going to Thi Nail & Spa as long as they have been open. It is nice to go somewhere where you know everyone! Kim is my tech and she always does a great job for me!
I Love this this Nail spa. My friend Dee always does my nail. Shes amaxing! Great service I can make an appt and be soon right away! Goof deals and price ranges. I definitely recommend this nail salon. Nice environment as well!!
I go there about every 2weeks to get my nails done. After today I will not be going back. I went in they took my polish off and put my hands in the gloves. A client came in to get her eyebrows waxed my girl got up from me to go do them 15 minutes later I was still sitting there with my hands in the gloves. I got up and walked out. I thought it was quite rude. I was there first and to leave me and go to someone else. There were other employees that could have taken over or did the waxing. Pedicure was great but when I went to pay. I had bought a basic pedicure and added the paraffin wax. They charged me $10. On the menu it says $5. They then said well it's $5/foot. ??? Are the pedicures listed per foot? NO, are the eyebrow waxing listed per eyebrow? NO, Who gets paraffin wax on only one foot? Didn't do a great inspection when I was at store but when I got home I noticed nail polish wasn't to the edge of the nail beds on numerous toes. Needless to say I will not be coming back.
