This place should be condemned!! The owner didn't register the property so the water is about to be shut off. The windows have been broken for almost a year. There's parvo in the ground. The homeless, addicts, and strays run through all day and night. The spiders, roaches, and bed bugs have taken over. People are always fighting and blasting music. Can't get your mail. The grass is always high and trash everywhere. And the property management-Jake at Blue Key-do nothing but make threats if you don't pay rent. Run, don't walk... read more

I have lived at The VUE for two years. Below are my thoughts. BEDROOM I love that the mattresses are Full XL, though the frame is larger than the mattress size, so it will slide away from the wall unless you put something on the opposite side. Some rooms lack a good spot for a TV with cabinets directly across from the bed. There is plenty of space along the three rods for clothes (two small ones behind the lower doors and one large pull-down one behind the upper doors). The windows in the bedrooms do not open. The apartments themselves are amazing! When things break they usually get them fixed in a reasonable amount of time, but the internet is a different story... internet issues have been a constant issue since I moved in over a year ago. The owners seem to think it's a resident with malicious intent causing these problems when in reality it's just a matter of replacing some hardware and possibly service providers. I moved into the Vue last August, and living at the VUE has been a great experience during my first year at OU. But since moving in, I , along with several other residents, have frequently experienced ongoing troubles accessing the Internet, but the issue still continues to persist. The internet issues are beyond ridiculous, I and others residents have been dealing with internet outages all year. The front office workers and manager have been great and always helpful and the apartments themselves are nice. However, If you want good wifi for homework and your devices then this is not a good place to live!! Not renewing next year and a big reason is because of the internet!
