Zero respect to patient’s time.
Dr Ragle is genuinely a wonderful doctor and a great human being. I’ve never felt more like a doctor cares about me and my well being more than he does. He always hears me out, never dismisses my concerns and gives sound advice. Literally the best PCP I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve read some of the reviews that sometimes he may run a little late for the appointment. The wait is disrespectful and rude to patients. I have been a patient for years of Ragle but things keep getting worse. Like others that left comments I waited for over an hour watching other doctors take patients but not Ragle. Last time I was here the entire process took 3ish hours with blood work being drawn, and I guess they assume we don’t have our own careers or lives to manage. I ended up just leaving and will be finding a new doctor that cares.
I received a text message at 9 reminding me of my appointment (11 a.m) and asking me to arrive at 10:45 a.m. I was to text upon my arrival and stay in the car until I heard from someone. I received another text a few minutes later (10:48) saying they are ready for me. I sat in the waiting room an hour before someone brought me back. It is now 12:20 and still no doctor.
