Horrible place to live.
Unfortunately the current HOA president treats their role more like a prison warden. They constantly walk the halls looking for violations and added a provision that no one can "insult, curse at, yell, or intimidate an HOA board member" Be prepared to be spoken down to and treated like a child by the current HOA president. It's to the point that residents are fearful to leave their units or exist in common spaces.
