We had all our windows replaced in 2001. We had 2 that had to be replaced because the seal failed. The first one was during the first winter and they fixed it all no cost. The second seal failure was about 8 years later and it was replaced for a reasonable labor charge. This is out of 45 windows. These windows are casement windows. I don't know what type windows other people have. We've had to have 2 windows replaced because of breakage and they replaced both windows for what I thought was a reasonable price. I had one other quote when Cliff came to our house. His is a fair price for the type of window we agreed would be the best for my house. He's a 'Hard sell' salesperson and he does ask personal questions to help him with this. I didn't feel he was unreasonable and if I told him I prefered not to answer he was ok with that. It's old school type of selling, I have had various types of 'Hard' salespeople come to my home and Cliff is NOT the worst by far. . Paul Brown (owner thtwin) bought RUSCO windows last yr. RUSCO had lifetime warranties which didn't transfer. After talking to sales rep., BOB, we were told we are up the creek. He had no info on parts for the RUSCO windows; just said to look up window repairmen in my area. Thanks Bob for your help! I understand that the co. wanted the RUSCO plant in Roanoke but they still have this name attached to their business!
