Very very disappointed!!! Rolled in around 7pm looking to have my apu serviced and maintenance. Was told they didn't have anyone available and it would be maybe Sunday or Monday before someone can look at it. Rolled in the next morning and was in and out within 2 hours. Hated that I had to wait so long as I lost money on loads that got pulled from me. Overall the place was friendly " ish " and semy clean. Had a really good experience at Thermo King in Springfield, MO. The team was professional, easy to deal with, and got me in and out without wasting time. They explained what was going on with my unit in a straightforward way and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Kenny, the manager, made sure everything went smoothly and checked in during the process, which I appreciated. Overall, solid service and a shop you can trust to get the job done right. To all professional truck drivers in who operates a reefer trailer that is the the Springfield MO, and needs trailer repairs I highly recommend taking your trailer to Thermo King, the team there is very professional and good at their job great customer service they have a driver's lounge that offers coffee snacks and comfort while you wait clean and reasonabl prices on repairs I give them 2'S up keep up the good work guys.
