To all professional truck drivers in who operates a reefer trailer that is the the Springfield MO, and needs trailer repairs I highly recommend taking your trailer to Thermo King, the team there is very professional and good at their job great customer service they have a driver's lounge that offers coffee snacks and comfort while you wait clean and reasonabl prices on repairs I give them 2'S up keep up the good work guys.
Parts department was helpful, pretty expensive though.
Is good man and friendly work on time
I had my APU fixed here. Shop then sent over a less than truthful invoice and threw me under the bus. I will not return here again.
I see a lot of mixed reports, and frankly those are perfectly fair. My APU was cycling like crazy and Prime couldn’t figure it out so they sent me here. My Tech was Josh, he was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable. I got the feeling that he felt I didn’t trust him because of his youth, but his statements were factual and professional. As far as I go, he did an absolutely amazing job and managed to find out the root cause of my issues were loose connections. Well done Josh.
