They don’t know how to run crap sitting in front desk and making people hoping all day and when you come again and ask any update, the answer sorry we forgot about you , we can look it up in the morning and it’s been 2 days now lost a entire load bc of lazy stupid front desk people , all I needed it a return sensor to be replaced imagine , if you have something bigger don’t waste your time and money coming here
I stopped here before a few years ago, and received great service. I stopped on Friday 3/14/25, and received great service again. Unk Palmer & Ralph worked on my APU, and did a great job. Only thing to Owner Post a sign that you will charge 4% by using a Credit Card. That's not Right!! I will have Cash the Next Time!! Highly recommend.
Showed up after hours and fixed my unit no complaints
They over charge me about $400
Workers were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Problem I have is that they were very slow in completing the service and also VERY expensive. Almost $800 for a P.M. Oil and filters and checked freon.
