Thermo Fisher Scientific is a serious and great company. I am giving the 1 star because of the Fisher Scientific division. I am facing delay on some of my orders (3-4 months). I am aware of the limitation due to the pandemic, but I don't accept the fact it is given the wrong estimate date when you place the order. When I placed the order, I was told my order has an estimate delivery date for the next month. The true is 4 months passed, and I don't have any idea on when my order will be delivered.
