I tried calling everyone in New Castle, but I guess nobody wanted my business due to not returning my calls. So, I looked outside of New Castle and found THERMO heating and air. I gave them a call, and he came out the next day at 11:30 am. He serviced both my rental and my residence. He had to go back to Muncie to get a part and was back within a very reasonable time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again!
Thermo is fantastic! Caleb is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and competitive on price. I looked at 4 other companies, all were listed as 5 star HVAC providers, before selecting Thermo. Thermo showed integrity and transparency though out the entire process. I felt very comfortable from the moment I talked with Caleb.
