I had a A/C unit go out during the summer and our home warranty provider novated the repair work to thermex - this is worth mentioning since I didn't have the choice to work with anyone else.The inital consultation to diagnose the issue was easy and pleasant, thermex communicated well, in my assessment, with the warranty provider, and the magnitude of the fix meant that the home warranty provided was providing the parts.
