THERMENERGY technician didn’t install the heat pump and run the pressure test correctly and lead to the leaks /faulty installation of the heat pump in 2023 December which had caused the cooling problem with the heat pump as gas leaked. In 2024, I didn’t use the air conditioner much during the summer. And in 2025 summer, I am in the position to pay for the installation /testing fees/labour fee again as it’s not under the warranty.
