I got their service a few times by now. They have been very professional and punctual with their service. Prices have been reasonable. I never got overcharged in the name of an "extra service/parts needed". They have been honest with their assessment of the service needed and never tried to oversell their service for extra money which most of the other companies usually do. Highly recommended.
Thermenergy service is excellent and helpful.
Excellent service. Kalapi is best when it comes to emergencies. He solves the issue right away and would guide you through right procedures. I strongly recommend them A/C, Heatpumps and heating systems.
Thermenergy staff is professional and friendly. Their services are reasonably priced.
Technician Ali Raza and Keyur Patel who came to my house to fix my Heatpump issue are really Professional and detailed work oriented. Work done in -19 degree temperature but no complaints and Help desk Ms. Binal also really helpful regarding all service call scheduling. I am really appreciated their effort to help me out in winter. Thanks
