Nish & Team at ThermEnergy has been very prompt in communication, very friendly and respectful and has given a great price in replacing my water heater and fixing up some gas line repairs. I am very happy with their work and quality of the water heater. I was pleased to see commercial pro grade water heater which is better than the retail big box water heaters. We installed a new furnace and heat pump with ThermEnergy and would highly recommend! From consultation on the phone with Nish to installation provided by Ali and Manish, they were all very helpful, courteous, professional and adressed our questions and concerns promptly!
I'm a stingy reviewer so my 4 star rating is about as high as I go. If I could give ThermEnergy 4.5, I would. They gave excellent customer service and did very good work on site. Installing a new furnace and modern heat pump in a 100-year-old house is not straightforward and Nish, Ali and the ThermEnergy team did an excellent job of navigating the quirks of our home to do so.
