Horrible customer service, after months of our machine being there, an outrageous bill nowhere near reflecting the quote, and a different, yet broken machine returned to us, we couldn't be more dissatisfied. Tried calling them to rectify the situation but that has returned ZERO results. I am supposed to hear back from the alleged owner Lynn (sp?) But that has not happened either. Walked in and the worker was in the back smoking weed. Highly unprofessional.
