Very disappointed in this company. I love the eye pads when I purchase them from my eye doctor but I ordered 2 boxes on Dec 12, 2024, and have received nothing. My credit card has been charged but my order says ‘on hold’. I have sent messages through the website, messenger and LinkedIn and not received a reply of any kind. My next step is to reach out to my credit card company and report this.
This is definitely a scam. I ordered from ThermaMEDx LLC weeks ago and haven't received any emails regarding updated shipping information. The website doesn't allow to actually submit your concern and there isn't a number for contact on this business??? I will be submitting a claim with my bank, as well as reporting this. Most options within the website aren't actually functional but only cosmetic. Don't fall for the minimal scam reviews like I did.
The pads work great when you can get a box of pads that are not damaged or dried out... Two out of the last four boxes were dried out and wouldn't even warm up.. The company sent me two replacement boxes and one was good and one was dried out and hard as if they had been activated before being boxed...Too expensive for these problems.
Works wonders on my dry eyes. After using for just a week I can feel the improvement in my eye health. I wake up without struggling to open my eyes and my contacts are much more comfortable. I would highly recommend!!
