I was absolutely thrilled with my experience with ThermalRid. I have a rental unit that someone reported as having bedbugs. I called ThermalRid. They came out the same day and did a thorough investigation of our property. They did find a couple of carpet beetles...but no evidence of current or prior bedbugs. They wrote up a professional letter to submit to further renters. I thought I was infested with bedbugs because I was being bitten at night and contacted ThermalRid who went above and beyond my expectations to investigate and analyze the type of infestation that resulted in my not having bedbugs at all but carpet beetles who leave similar bites as bedbugs!!! I just wanted to leave a message about the company known as Thermal Rid. They are amazing. I was about to go crazy trying to figure out how I could get rid of the bed bugs that took up residence in my home. I consulted several pest control companies and the prep was unbelievable. Plus, I really did not want pesticides to be used in my home since I have toddlers. When I called Thermal Rid they came out and inspected our home.
