Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Thermal Shop Insulation and I am thoroughly impressed and highly recommend them. My mobile flooded and ruined the insulation under the home. I called a couple of insulation companies and had their representatives come out to give me quotes to file with insurance. I called Thermal Shop when I bought a home that was built in 1904. It was the smartest phone call I made after closing. I had several things insulated and Thermal Shop was wonderful beginning to end! Taylor was helpful in making recommendations, everyone was polite and things were left in better shape than when they started in my garage.
Great team! Thermal Shop replaced and improved our attic insulation and resolved several spots in our home where frost would develop during the winter. We have two attics and an unusual layout compared to others homes I've owned, which added to our insulation problems. During the first winter after the insulation project, we still had a small issue. Thermal Shop came out and fixed the issue, immediately. Thermal Shop has checked in several times to make sure we were happy with the results. Very satisfied!
The people at Thermal Shop are very good to work with. Taylor followed up as he promised, kept us informed with the progress of removing our old pest ridden insulation and installing new. Both the removal crews and installation crews were great. Solid customer service!!
As a green building architect, I have strong opinions about insulation. Insulation is tricky. A failure to understand building science can lead to moisture and mold damage. The Thermal Shop understands building science. Definitely five stars for knowledge, their responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail.
